"I recently owned a home in Yakima, which I was trying to sell. I did not really know how or where to start to look for help. I did want to sell my home fast but at the same time I wanted to get a reasonable price. When in process of looking for a realtor or someone to help me, my friend Terry Gonzalez mentioned to me that her brother, William Gonzalez, was in that kind of business. She gave me his contact information so I could ask for some advice. When I contacted William I started by explaining to him about why I wanted to sell my home. He began by explaining to me how I could start the selling process & what he recommended for me to do. We started the selling process within about a week. Shortly after my home was ready to be sold, his co-worker, Tamie Johnson, helped me with advertisment on a weekend in the Yakima Herald Republic. By Tuesday I received a phone call from William and Tammie telling me that there were some folks interested in seeing my home. I could not believe this could work so quickly. By the following week my house was sold. I know I could have not done this alone. I did not realize how helpful realtors could be and how easy they were to work with. It was easy and helpful to have constant help from William and Tamie. I know that if I were to try to sell the home by myself I would not have been able to sell it. I am very thankful for all the help I got from both of them. I wuld not only use them again but recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
